[x] If the user finds any issues there should a button that is always visible to report any issues
[x] Once the button is clicked, a form should pop up prompting the user to describe the issue
[x] When the form is submitted, an issue should be created on the GitHub for the project
- Alternatively, we can use the custom email set up on AWS to receive reports and then these issues can be manually added

Token got removed because it was part of the commit, proceeding to create a new one and make it part of envs
