Related task on mom: Jupyter automarker backend: Make sure error messages are correctly interpreted

Description:

Create the tests for checking if error messages are properly interpreted, these tests will initially fail.
Refactor the existing backend code for the jupyter automaker tests to pass.
Repeat 1-2 until all the bugs are squashed.
