Adding the strategy syllabus (in no apparent order apparently) keen to see if I'm doing this right so I can go ahead and do the rest :)

@KimmyBailey Looks ok for the most part, but need to take you through how the syllabus is structured so we build that at the same time as well as gitignore and how we need to apply it here :)
