Add sg3utils #41

This PR adds the sg3utils package.

The package is already in the packages-desc copied over from NerdPack https://github.com/UnRAIDES/unRAID-NerdTools/blob/07a69502b4327f4879f24c4d9aaead079028c46d/packages/packages-desc#L114

The binary was downloaded from http://sg.danny.cz/sg/sg3_utils.html#__RefHeading___Toc611_3724309425 and was confirmed working on Unraid version 6.11.5
