Request: tcpdump #80

I think it's a bit mad this isn't included as standard, but as it isn't would be great to include here.

Hello, Sorry but tcpdump depends on openssl version 3 and unraid has 1.1.1u installed. So now I am testing the openssl upgrade to version 3 that does not break the system. When I am sure everything works fine I will add the package to nerdtools.
