Change chart Bar to Scatter

Interest rate on the vertical axis, volume on the horizontal axis (Bid for price, Borrow for deposit, Repay for amount borrowed) And, Hover to view non-axis information (e.g., period, address, etc.)

I think we could follow the lead of other services and include bids for other NFTs.

Changed to bubble chart in #552. However, the display is incomplete when there is only one data.
