Add boot auto-start for each file. #9

Add an option to add auto-start after a certain file is started.

Well I didn't really want to add this since it would complicate the builder and might add some detections but it's possible to add. Though it would be much better to do this normally inside the file you're binding or in the crypter you use (if you use one).

No I never use any crypters so I'm not sure about how good each one is, everyone of them always promise good things of course but not sure how good each of them are in reality.
