[QUESTION] What does ravencoin-kawpow mine?

Hi, does ravencoin, algo kawpow mine both cpu and gpu or only cpu? Thanks!

It's a GPU only algorithm.

No it's just that "CPU Mining" is always enabled by default and "GPU Mining" is always disabled by default in the xmrig miner. That's because almost all the xmrig coins are CPU coins and because xmrig "GPU Mining" increases the file size by quite a bit since it needs to include the CUDA (Nvidia) libraries.

If it says error then it means it couldn't connect to the pool, does that build have "GPU Mining" enabled? And Ravencoin does have problems mining, for example I can't mine Ravencoin with any miner that I've tried (I've tried all that support KawPow) for some reason.

Actually after I asked the question I tried building other miners like ETH, ETC and XMR but all of them gave error. The builds had GPU mining enabled

Then most likely you have some setting wrong (or you're blocked from all the pools which is less likely), try with the example settings https://github.com/UnamSanctam/SilentCryptoMiner/wiki#lite.

Try with the example settings and see, just enter the "API Endpoint URL" and see if you get a connection error.

I didn't get an error this time I opened the program, but it is because I didn't see anything on the panel at all

Load the "Lite" example settings, enable "API Endpoint URL", enter the URL and build it without changing anything else and test it.

First off, thank you so much for helping me. I did that already. But now I reopened the program and only XMR started to mine, ETC didn't even show.

Start the checker and post a screenshot of what it returns, you can also try extracting this and running the .bat: Normal Miner Test.zip to see if you you're able to mine.
