Since you have "idle-wait": 0 then it shouldn't go idle at all. Are you sure that you have the miner set to that configuration?

Yes you can change the values by using the configuration you sent. In the configuration you sent then you can change the "max-cpu" value and then save that in the web panel configuration.

The web panel will show a miner as offline when they haven't contacted the web panel for 3 minutes.

I CHANGED TO WEB PENAL CONFIG CPU TO GPU BUT NOT CHANGING POOL AND PORT?

You can't change a CPU miner to a GPU miner using the web panel configuration since they are two separate programs. You should add both a GPU miner and a CPU miner when creating your miner if you want both.

The miners will exit idle whenever the mouse or keyboard is used on the computer. And the miner sends the information to the web panel every minute, so the miner information on the web panel will update once every minute.

The miners will show up on 2miners whenever they find a share, 2miners has quite a high share difficulty now so depending on your hashrate it can sometimes take 10-20 minutes to find a share

Yes that configuration looks alright. With that configuration it will always use 20% CPU, if you ever want it to use more then increase the "max-cpu".

Since you pasted it into "Default xmrig" then all xmrig (XMR) miners will use that configuration by default now.

If only one is saying "Error" then most likely that computers network, ISP or government is blocking the pool server.

Could be that it doesn't have any free CPU cores or enough RAM to mine XMR.

No since it's not guaranteed that a user will have that software. And if the software isn't there then the miner would of course not be able to inject into anything. There's also the issues with 32-bit/64-bit.

The C stands for "Computer", it adds that in front because the computer name is not guaranteed to be alphanumeric, and since pools usually only allow alphanumeric characters then if none of the computer names is alphanumeric then the worker name would be an empty string (which could cause the pool connection to be rejected).
