What is happening? Why are the machines not connecting to the pool correctly? un una1

Which ones? You mean the ones with 0H/s? That usually means that something else is using all of the GPU. And in the pool that look correct

I'm having about 15~20 installations per day, but no more than 4 workers are online in the pool, I even disabled the block website part due to the filehost threat

And I think that somehow, even with the exclusion of the miner's path, they are removing it because most of them don't come back online again

They might be getting removed by the new targeted Windows Defender detection Trojan:Win64/SilentCryptoMiner, which might be ignoring the folder exclusions.

how to bypass it?

Realistically you'll need to modify the program code, or wait for the next release (which is quite close).
