UnamWebPanel Use online or offline

You have to host the WebPanel somewhere online so that the miners are able to reach it. You can also host it locally on your computer, but for the miners to reach it you will have to port forward using a VPN and that would still technically be online. Offline usage would be only if you are making changes to the code or testing it for yourself.
