I change the configuration in the panel. But nothing changes. Why? I tried manually changing the configuration for each PC, but it didn't change. I've been trying to change it through the panel all day. Even now, the settings in the pastebin are different, but miners come to the panel with the first configuration.

Is the web panel configuration or "Remote Configuration" correct? It will only change it if the pool configuration is valid.
