I have a problem because I have 3 GB of free vram and the application does not allow me to mine because I do not have enough vram. The question is how much vram do I need to start mining and whether it is possible to mine on CPU and GPU at the same time?

The DAG size (VRAM necessary) depends on the coin, here's a list of DAG sizes for some coins https://minerstat.com/dag-size-calculator, and here's a GPU profitability calculator https://whattomine.com/. I would recommend something like Neurai probably.
