Training script for XCOMET #211

Kindly provide the training scripts as well as data preparation scripts for the XCOMET metric.

Hi @babangain

The training script for XCOMET won't be available for now. We are trying to get approval to release them... the codebose for now only supports inference for XCOMET and parts of the training script are missing.
