Enable Document Extension of COMET #215

This pull request enables DocCOMET evaluation from the paper: Embarrassingly Easy Document-Level MT Metrics: How to Convert Any Pretrained Metric Into a Document-Level Metric

The code is largely built using the released version by the authors.
