Documentation missing for Logging Flags #16

Describe the bug Logging options are not showing in the automatic documentation.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Docs
  2. Configuration Options -> General Options
  3. The logging flags are not documented

Expected behavior These flags should also be captured by sphinx and displayed clearly in the documentation.
