This should be an alternative for a web dashboard. An admin should be able to easily join a voice channel, start the activity and start managing and configuring the bot. For more information regarding Discord Activities, check out this link.
As a side note, I have developed discord bots, but I have never developed anything with discord activities. You could assign it to me, but im not sure if I could pull it off.
