fix: all major wallets now support wallet standard #290

I just spoke to @jordaaash and he confirmed Solflare now supports wallet standard, meaning all major wallets (Phantom, Solflare, Glow, Backpack) support wallet standard. Update the docs to focus on wallet standard.
