I tried installing Pillow, but it still didn't work. Is there a way you can create a standalone application for other PCs? Mac, Ubuntu, etc...

I have Mac but I don't want to reinstall python

You can use pyinstaller to build locally. Install it using pip. You can run pyinstaller xmlpngUI.py --onefile -w and after a bit of building you can run it and frolic
