UAVTalk: Replace UTXBRD setting #13

The UTXBRD setting should be replaced with a set of bool parameters:

Emulate RSSI
Use MAG
Use BARO It's because of TauLabs UAVTalk version.

Parameters "Use mag" and "Use baro" are also excessive and replaced with autodetection.
