Finish existing Settings section
- Change DB to store settings
- Change hardcoded settings in the code to use settings in DB
Add "Dates Closed" to Admin section
- Allow the input of a date or range of dates as being closed
- Store the closed dates in the settings table
- Load dates into an array during app load

Show calendar of month each day green:

click shows pop-up with these options: "CLOSED or OPEN" -- this day only (default) -- every "day of week" -- every "count of day type in month" "day of week" in each month

confirmation multiple: "Close/Open x day/days. ("count" days) Are you sure?
