Deprecated HTML: HTML Imports #78

The HTML Import function is being deprecated from HTML and Chrome is dropping it by April. It was being used to import the templates.html file. The templates need to be moved to the bottom of the index.html and the uiGetTemplate function needs to now read templated from index.html.
