Calculate unique counts for USDA/NonUSDA and Grand Total. Only count a client ID once per category (USDA/NonUSDA/Total). Total will not equal the total of USDA and NonUSDA.

Display three new rows. Add two headers to the bottom above the respective totals: "Unique Clients Serviced" and "All Client Services".
