Create the ability to add a client directly to the system and then print the form for signature. Initially will only handle Food-Pantry clients.

Phase 1: Modify Interface to support new client entry and printing.

  1. Move New Client link away from Client Tab (tbd)
  2. Generate a printable form after the client is saved. (see attached) NewClientForm.pdf
