Medic bags + fix medic markers

since all average medic player is just keeping all the healing stuff to themself. I give suggestions yes? 1 medic bag - refills healing stuff or just gives the stuff without updating the inv 2 revive pistol - idk u get killed by people when trying to heal peeps that are downed 3 i main medic and SQL only because why not 4 moving downed teammates to a safe place 5 make a notification about "(player name) is downed. Help him cuh" (idk if this is added but imma add it)

More "practical" idea for this if you can even call it that

• Medic Bag refills teammate Medical Supplies but not the person who placed it other wise that would be op

• Dragging/Moving downed players don't know how achievable it will be

-Returning to the old medic icons

We have the action menu now people should use that more

i like the new icons more. everything else is cool, especially the dragging part. other medic plugins have it and its great

I like the idea of the medic bag. We can make it work like it does in BF2, where you can place it on the ground so that it heals nearby players & resupplies their bandages (we should be able to make it give back medical items only). I think we will definitely add that.

Also, I'm not sure why, but the medic markers are completely bugged since Season 3 released. The 'old' medic markers are supposed to be showing.
