Sniper Rifle changes and Infantry transportation #233

I believe we should "buff" sniper rifles. Currently it is impossible to snipe someone somewhat experienced who is strafing, due to the bullets traveling VERY slow. I think we should make the bullets travel a bit faster at the cost of more bullet drop or something. Like i said, it is near impossible to actually kill someone 100m away when they're strafing left and right in a random pattern. SECOND THING: Infantry Transportation. Yes, i know, just communicate and build more FOBs. But when half of your team is AFK or plain stupid, thats where Infantry Transportation comes in. Every person should get their personal quad, ATV, bike or something like that for self transportation to possibly save the game by creating a FOB or something. This will also come in handy when you have used all of your good vehicles, like jets, tanks, etc. In my opinion i think the Sniper Rifle changes are the most needed, since sniping is almost obsolete against someone that actually knows how to strafe.
