THE VEHICLES
Skyranger 35 is produced by Rheinmetall and shoots 35x228mm programmable airburst munitions.
It is commonly mounted atop a Boxer chassis. No SAMs,
1200 rpm.
The PGZ-09 is very similar to the SR 35, as it also fires 35 mm programmable airburst munitions, and has an optional SAM missile which does not need to be included to make the vehicles more alike.
550 rpm per barrel/1100 rpm total.
Personally i don't think the AA missiles aren't necessary, as they'll rarely actually be useful because of flares, and if anything it only gives away the asset's position. But if you really want to make the Skyranger 35 have a SAM then use the Skyranger 30 instead. It's a newer model with a smaller calibre but it has SAM. Also fitted atop a Boxer chassis.
THE GUNS
A crude way to replicate programmable air-burst is simply to make the gun fire like a shotgun with relatively small spread. Spread is supposed to come in use in far ranges anyways.
Both guns can have a sizeable amount of ammo in a single reload, but the ammo for reload itself could have a large size, so that you could only fit one more inside of your inventory and prevent the vehicle from being used against Infantry and instead ammo concerved for taking down air. Speaking of, also limit how much it can go down to around 25-35 degrees from the horizon. Make both vehicles shoot low-calibre as well. Air Assets take damage from low calibre anyways.
I've seen A LOT of requests for a new anti-aircraft weapon to be added, but no actual solid suggestions for what to add, so here you go.
