We really need a walkie-talkie to communicate with our teammates very fast in dangerous situations. Also walkie-talkie is more comfortable than group chat. Everyone is not looking in the group chat and missing very important information, with a walkie-talkie there will be no such problem as missing information.

Like it will be on Season 4? Because I don't see walkie-talkies in game right now

They are a vanilla item and are used with earpieces.

Albeit a cool feature, walkie talkies and earpieces as a default would make for very little use and messy comms. Drawing it out while fighting would be impractical often. Teamchat imo is the way to go.
