Visual suppression effect #57

Is it possible to add something like in "Squad", so when u are getting shot at your vision fades, thus indicating you are under fire. Plus this would make suppression by MG s useful

Would have to be some kind if transparent ui or something. Ive never seen vision changes in unturned server. Idk if its possible or not. Would be cool tho, same with being downed and kills too (Anti death spying perhaps?)

Not sure if this is possible but if there exists a server-side method that is responsible for playing ballistic sound effects, we could try and patch that to play an animated dark dark/blur overlay effect? @BlazingFlame
