DMR & Sniper rebalance

DMR DMR should be more accurate but increase the recoil greatly, keep the 1 tap and vanilla velocity.

Sniper Make sniper velocity more faster, give more bullet drop, and better scope reticle

Humvee The new humvee is too op for soloing, i hope the new humvee isn't soloable anymore. If you want to keep the soloing of the humvee, make it equip delay when you switch into MG seat.

I'm considering switching back to open-top humvees since I'm also worried about overpowered humvee soloing, but maybe a long equip animation of up to 10 seconds would work?

Long reload is really painfull, I'd prefer open top (Please. NOT LIKE THE TIGR) Humvees. Maybe keep the CROW system ones in the files for future changes maybe?

Reload is still the same, just deploy animation. People still can solo it but it's abit hard since you need to wait 10 seconds before you shoot the MG.

As for DMRs and snipers, I like the DMR idea, but can tell you that the sniper one is gonna feel weird having a fast bullet that curves downward so much. But maybe we can make it work somehow
