Kampf's Text Block About Avalon

and he probably held the titel of High King which was an elected titel there were two factions, a roman(which arthur was part of) and a celtic on (which Merlin or Myrrdin) was part of he had good relations with both He probably used Chavalry and Heavy Infantry in Battle and a roman army structure of comitatenses and Limitanie (or whatever they are spelled) He probably was Duko od Dumnonia and had his Seat in Deva (maybe a province could be names New Deva ? ) He was most likely a follow of the roman church He is said to have been a patron of wisdom and wanted to uphold roman civilisation by all means necessary Avalon os said to be a mythical place to the west Where no war would be able to harm the purest people it is never exactly said where avalon is, but some believ that is connected to the mythical atlantis and it appears in celtic folklore and with merlin beign celtic it fits rather well Avalon supossedly is a rich and fertile land where the wounded (or dead, depending) arthur was brought to be healed from his wounds to one day return to free the people of cymru so avalon cant be too far north for it to fit that description of a rich and fertile land what i gather from this is: Avalon is rich in natural resources which allows it to be a trading Nation Avalon has some form of elected High King since the Cymru and ther predecessors untill the high middle ages were never really united under a dynastie so we could maybe have a round table elect the High king Avalon could have a chavalry army tradition but idk if that would be prserved on an Island Avalon however would most like carry on and build ontop of the late roman army, so their armies should be similar to the byzantine ones Avalon would speak some bastard form of Brythonic with not much Atlantean and Latin Influences ( 100s of years of roman rule wasnt enough an the language is still preserved today in welsh and brittany even though they have been under super harsh regulations since basically the 1500s Avalon would most likely bee christian, maybe Heptarchic
