Enhance Food Rotting Mechanic #119

To help reinforce the idea that cooking and processing foods is better than leaving them raw, the rotting mechanic from Enviromine should be enhanced, so that preparing different foods by salting them or cooking them should elongate their rot times.

The general idea is as follows:

The idea is that the player can't stockpile hoards of food without at least spending resources, or freezing their food in an Esky or Freezer. However, they can invest in preparing their food to be consumed or stored so that it doesn't rot as quickly. Otherwise, don't harvest the crops or kill the animal(s).

Rotten Food should also serve a purpose. Maybe various forms of rotten organic matter can be made into compost from Harder Wildlife?

It seems that as of v1.0 I've already had salty food lasting a lot longer than normally, but as of v1.1 I've updated SaltyMod, which looks like it might've added new foods. I'll have to sift through them and double check that they're all up to date.

I've gone ahead and generated any and all missing properties, and nothing new popped up, so since I've already gone through before and everything seemed to be fine, I'm going to close this.
