Noticed that the size parameter is missing. Very handy when you wanna make the captcha smaller for mobile devices. :)

My first reaction is "wait they added a captcha size?". Looks good can I ask you to make one change? Can you update the docs to match the default in code (and googles docs) aka showing it as defaulting to normal? Then just squash your commits and I'll merge from there. Thanks in advance :)

I did update the README but...now that you mentioned it, did miss a few words in the doc update. :P
