Add a second “UZO_camera” command to allow for a second TBT camera to used when a second TBT is rear facing.

Add a second “Deckgun_camera” command to allow for a separate Deck Gun camera to be manually used when two are installed. Much like the separate cameras for the smaller AA guns when more than two are installed

This one mighty be tricky. I've read in one of the mod documentations (I believe for TMO 2.5) that there are all sorts of issues with the stern deck guns.
