Error opening deltarune #103

whenever I try to load up my deltarune.win file I get this coming up on my screen, I have tried going into different versions of undertalemodtool but nothing seems to change it.

when I got to 01054ACC, it is just the end of the .win file

nevermind I uninstalled and reinstalled and it has worked
