Tried to load this data.win file from this fangame from gamejolt called Sonic Triple Trouble 16-Bit but suddenly i went into this roadblock.

Had to open the directory of the data win file from there

then i saw this exception 8 times till i got to the last exception then it stopped opening the .win file with an error.

UndertaleModTool v0.4.0.4 Windows 8.1 GMS 2.0.0.0

nvm got it working with the bleeding edge version.
