I can't extract materials on "PortaBoy+". #1355

Describe the bug

when I extract materials on "PortaBoy+"(version 1.3.8),An error will appear. sp20230428_174921_913 sp20230428_174952_344

Reproducing steps

when open data.win, the above pictures will be displayed successively.

Setup Details

That's not the latest version of UTMT. You should try to update to the latest "Bleeding edge". You need "GUI-windows-latest-Debug-isBundled-true-isSingleFile-false.zip" (or "...isSingleFile-true...").

Tried this with 0.5.1.0, cannot replicate.
