Error opening a data.win on sugary spire lapping plus #1419

Describe the bug

I tried loading the data.win of Sugary Spire Lapping Plus when i get an error saying: "An error occured while trying to load: Invalid boolean value: 1120403456 at 01524AF0 while reading object UndertaleModLib.Models.UndertaleParticleSystemEmitter while reading item 1 of 11 in a list of UndertaleModLib.Models.UndertaleParticleSystemEmitter in chunk PSEM"

Reproducing steps

Open the data.win of Sugary Spire Lapping Plus

Setup Details

I've tried using the following UTMT versions to resolve this issue: Bleeding Edge, UndertaleModTool v0.5.1.0 and UndertaleModTool v0.5.0.0 I am using Windows 11 and i tried loading Sugary Spire Lapping Plus.

Same with Undertale Yellow. Please fix!

Undertale Yellow is fixed in these pending builds (and possibly...) no, actually, this is a PSEM error so most likely fixed by #1550.

Assuming that Sugary Spire Lapping Plus is the one available at this archive.org link, the error has changed to "Invalid value for resource ID (UndertaleChunkSPRT): -16777038 [blah blah] while reading ParticleEmitter 1 of 11".
