The past few versions of UndertaleModTool, including the most recent Jul 18 Bleeding Edge version, display this error message when trying to open Hex Slayer's data.win file:
I did a search in the open issues, but didn't see one with this exact error, so I figured I should post this in case there's something different going on.
Reproducing steps
Just download Hex Slayer (it's free) and try opening the data.win file.
