In this PR:
1)I fixed small issue, when code name was "gml_Object_obj_mobilecontrols_Create_0.gml". Now it named normally: "gml_Object_obj_mobilecontrols_Create_0"
2)I added scale by display gui size. Why dont "display_set_gui_size(640,480)"? In "Undertale Yellow" this line of code causes gui to be unnormally small.
3)Now controller will appear only on mobile devices.(Android, IOS)
