Unable to open the game Grapple Dogs: Cosmic Canines #1924

Describe the bug

I was going to open Grapple Dogs: Cosmic Canines for a contest to show off my custom grapples if I finish some but It wouldn't open. image

Reproducing steps

  1. Open the program.
  2. Open the Cosmic Dogs: Cosmic Canines Data.win file
  3. Error! Message is shown

Setup Details

  1. Bleeding Edge commit 9f413a
  2. Windows 11 23H2
