Act Of Contrition glitches out with the Menorah #21

I was doing a run as Azazel as i had already had the menorah but when i picked up the Act Of Contrition, it glitched the menorah to fly of the screen and i could no longer shoot tears. So i had to end my run

That's really odd, I can't replicate your bug. Do you remember how many flames your menorah had when it flew off the screen? Did you have any other noteworthy items?

The menorah had 3-4 flames and when I picked up the act, it glitches out and had a second kind of glitchy form and flew off screen then I couldn't shoot anymore

Sorry for the bad explanation, the second menorah appeared behind it like a shadow and looked like it was phasing through the game and flashing then disappeared for the whole run
