this item is horrible, it needs anything to make it not laughable at least.

either so that enemies are mildly stunned akin to confusion effect instead of running away / they have less HP under that effect / if you kill 1 of the buttlickers everyone else dies too and same thing for other enemies who are grouped up together / make it so enemies who do spawns aren't a nuisance anymore / explosive ones aren't dangerous / enemies become slower

prolly more stuff I can mention if I gave it more thought but literally anything would make it better p much

It already auto shrinks enemies that spawn from shrunken enemies in Repentance, so those don't hurt you.
