Using a Joker card in a crawlspace during Mother's Chase makes the game crash after leaving the crawlspace #1338

Upon using the card, Mother's Shadow will die. However, because Joker sends you to an off grid room, the crawlspace will attempt to restore you to the last normal room instead of the devil/angel room. I assume the game doesn't like you trying to go back to the mine shaft area after Mother's Shadow is gone.

The Emperor? also causes the crash for the same reason.

The Fool will actually take you out of the escape without crashing (it is the only card that can). Doing this is slightly buggy because the chase area will not be sealed off despite being in the post-chase phase (with the music and all). You can re-enter and exit it freely, and Isaac's costumes may not be properly restored.

All other teleport cards will simply put you in a random chase room and will not have any adverse side effects.
