Add more general speed and luck up items and the remaining dual stat up combinations to the boss pool. Consolation Prize and Magic 8 Ball should both be Q2.

The following stat up dual combinations are missing within the boss pool and could be added as new items (Q2 or higher):

• Tears + Speed Up
• HP + Speed Up
• HP + Range Up
• Range + Luck Up (There is Dad's Lost Coin, but it's kinda an artificial stat combo since it spawns a lucky penny).
• HP + Luck Up
• Tears + Luck Up
• Speed + Luck Up
• Shot Speed + Luck Up

I think it would be nice to have the remaining dual combination stat up items to add more variety to the boss pool. As for luck and speed up items, more in general should be added because the number of such items are overall lackluster that generally, these stats are low throughout a run unless other external factors come to play (Treasure items, trinkets, pills). Consolation Prize and Magic 8 Ball should both be Q2 because Consolation Prize can boost a stat that's otherwise been low for a run which really helps, and Magic 8 Ball increases planetarium chances, so it'd be a shame to see both deleted by Sacred Orb.
