Tainted Lazarus crashes co-op #1624

To reproduce:

Have a player play as Tainted Lazarus in co-op Have Tainted Lazarus die in a room, while the others complete it. Tainted Lazarus' dead baby will try to flip into his other form, and crash the game.

I recall trying to reproduce this issue but wasn't able to. Can you provide more details, like what platform you play on, and whether you have any mods? Do you use the console to start coop, or is it local/remote play?

Platform: PC Mods: None, just all DLCs

We were 4 people, Tainted Lazarus, Tainted Loss, Judas and Keeper Tainted Lazarus died in the boss room, then when we won the game crashed. We tried again, Tainted Lazarus died in a completely separate room, we cleared it, saw him turn into his other Lazarus form for a few seconds before it crashed on us again.

Is it fixed with Rep+ ?
