experimental pill + button sfx

1) experimental pill should only make a positive sound effect with PhD, should make a negative one with False PhD (as well as randomly lowering 1 of the stats) and make no sound effects normally (akin to "i found pills"). It's pretty much a neutral pill after all

2) sometimes when you press a button you get a positive sound effect even if nothing happens whatsoever, ig it could also not make any sound if nothing happens - but in a way it does work as a troll i guess so maybe nah

That's already how Experimental Pill works (aside from when it's neutral, then it simply does a thumbs up without the "spewer" sound effect associated with upgrade pills).

When a reward plate does a positive effect sound effect without spawning anything, it more than likely attempted to spawn a donation machine in a mode that doesn't allow them (such as a challenge or daily). To my knowledge, "doing nothing" is not a possible effect from a reward plate.

whilst partly true, sometimes buttons do a successful sound even in normal runs where dono machines exist, and you still get nothing. but yeah you're kinda correct on this

but whatever this is irrelevant anyway since _Kil most likely won't update this game anymore
