Rune idea: Red Rune #1714

Since there is Black Rune which is basically a one-time use of Void, it would be cool to also have a rune called Red Rune that acts as a one-time Abyss use. It would turn all pedestal items in the room into permanent red locust and turn all pickups into other random locust.
