run doodles pt.2 #1779

they're different for everyone every day doing daily challenges. so someone might see a missing poster with isaac while someone else sees crying isaac.

i think it should be 50/50 on whether the doodle on the daily is the same or randomized each day

you might consider this arbitrary but it's neat attention-to detail variety food for thought type of thing, even if going a bit too far

perfecting the game, but namely just adding more variety into a roguelike[lite] in a way that makes sense

call it however you want: perfectionism or obsession with detail but I genuinely think this would be good for the game, even if low priority lol
